Order Entry Processor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of an Order Entry Processor in Miramar, FL.

Duties:
Input 100+ orders into internal database

Working with many Suppliers

Managing and transmitting a large number orders each day

Email and phone follow-up

Checking for order accuracy, processing electronic orders and modifying/changing orders placed by sales team and customers

Follow up by phone and email with Sales team and Vendors regarding orders placed

Executing daily exception reports and filling back orders

Strategic purchasing and planning for product availability and shipping

Compiles information on sources cost and manufacturer discounts

Analyze vendor and manufacturer data on factors that affect prices

Review proposals, select suppliers, verify delivery and approve payment

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Sage or SAP is required

Ability to work with 2 computer screens

Experience working with and understanding of computer products and part numbers

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment while under pressure and enjoy being busy all day

Strong negotiation skills, ability to be aggressive

Experience with problem resolution, customer service, and working with vendors, suppliers, and sales

Must be detail oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask while working under pressure and deadlines

Be “process” oriented and be committed to the position

Candidate must have excellent follow up skills and be timely and well organized
