Description Robert Half Technology is seeking a QA Analyst with telecommunications industry experience. This role will handle both manual QA and automation QA responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Stabilize testing environments and code drops, and coordinate with vendors the deployments to ensure highly productive round-clock testing by both the on-shore and off-shore test teams Lead multiple work streams of quality assurance originating from development, business requirements, and strategy Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation for projects Work closely with architects, developers, producers, and product managers throughout the product life cycle Assist other QA members on projects as needed Involved in deeper level individual testing efforts of high priority features Work closely with QA management to ensure department expectations are met and exceeded Ability to work and organize across multiple projects in a fast paced development environment Develop and Analyze Key Performance Indicators across multi-disciplinary projects Research leading QA practices and technology Review Test Strategy and Test Plans for all projects in the work program Provide progress status/reports to management and executives on the use and adoption of test automation Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications OSS/BSS Quality Assurance of user experience design and implementation of eCommerce portals, CPQ solutions, Order Management, Billing and auto provisioning Deep understanding of Wireless eCommerce, including prior wireless experience Excellent written and communication skills Good understanding of Agile Software Methodology Experience leading small teams on projects Experience in working within an automation framework and/or an automation tools (preferred) Technology doesn’t change the world.
