ITS has an immediate opening for three (3) Desktop Support Engineers with MAC experience for our client in Miami, FL and Miramar, FL. This is a full-time position with benefits looking to fill ASAP.
Responsibilities will include:
Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products
Maintaining virus protection, OS service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery
Handling print queue issues
Managing PC loaner program
Managing the PC refresh for the office
Qualifications will include:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 1 – 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A+ certification preferred, or ability to complete within 6 months
Corporate or factory environment work experience preferred
Certifications in IBM and HP preferred
Entry-level knowledge of network infrastructure
Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
