RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Salesforce Administrator/Developer in Miramar, Florida (FL).
Scope of work:
Configuration and Customization for Salesforce Service Cloud
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline preferred
* Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer preferred
* 2+ years of Salesforce administrator and development experience
* Good technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
* Experience with Salesforce relevant programming languages (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS), development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, migration tools, web services), and web development tools (Eclipse IDE, Git, Sublime)
* Good systems analysis and problem-solving skill
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with technical peers
* Cruise, Hospitality, and/or Call Center industry experience preferred
