Project Manager- Web Development Miramar, FL 12 months Job Description As an IT Web Development Project Manager, we need a candidate with extensive experience in web development who can lead the creation, management and implementation of web development projects. The successful person will serve as project leader and be the connector between website stakeholders and development team. Must have a consultative mindset, understand goals, prioritize needs and be able to make recommendations throughout the web development journey. Primary duties & Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for overall management, direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of project s objectives. Lead the planning and creation of a detailed project plan with input from identified stakeholders Facilitate the refinement of the project scope, goals, and deliverables, active management of project scope, budget and resource. Consult with stakeholder group providing insights throughout the entire website development. Manage application & website design & development projects from onboarding to completion. Provide technical architecture leadership in relation to new project discovery, design, development, and deployment. Manage all aspects of the project from requirements definition to post-implementation support. Define a full-scale project plan with tasks through collaboration with functional representatives. Facilitate project discussions to ensure progress and identify appropriate team actions and risks. Ensure project tasks are completed and necessary action plans are executed on to ensure progress and manage risks. Meets project objectives through management of scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and financial forecasting. Create and manage project artifacts during all phases of the project (project charter, project plan, close out report, etc.) Resolve project issues through escalation to business lead/sponsors. Organize and report on project timelines and major deliverables. Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between all stakeholders on action items and status of the project. Lead stand up meetings with the Design & Development teams. Qualifications 5 years of project leadership experience. 5 years of experience in web development projects and website management. 4 years of experience using such CMS platforms as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc. 4 years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, FTP. Hands-on experience with responsive site development, website server technologies, and hosting platforms. Understanding of CMS platforms, APIs, UX, design, and knowledge of current and emerging trends. Possess extensive experience of all major areas of websites including design, development, marketing, research and analytics.
