STS Component Solutions?is hiring Account Representatives in Miramar, Florida .

Nature of Work:

  • Identify new opportunities and market the products and services of STS Component Solutions to assigned accounts of region.
  • Work closely with Customer Support and OEM Product Development in providing solutions to airlines and MRO?s.
  • Identify and assist in the development of business models for new inventory purchases, support programs and new market opportunities.
  • Implement OEM Marketing campaigns and provide market intelligence on assigned accounts and targets
  • Identify and recommend products that should be strategically supported by STSCS
  • Utilize CRM to record all marketing and sales activities for assigned accounts and targets.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business forecasts and budgets.
  • Achieve established growth targets and goals for assigned customers and targets.
  • Business travel required as needed.

    • Education:

  • High School Diploma and College Degree Preferred BS/BA with related aviation component sales experience and established network within the industry.

    • General Qualifications:

  • Strong Computer Skills and above average knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite especially in excel
  • Detail Oriented and strong organization skills
  • Self Motivated and ability to work independently
  • Strong Written and Communication Skills
  • General understanding of Aviation, OEM Products and Aircraft IPC?s

    • Desired Characteristics:

  • Good understanding of Commercial Aviation Aftermarket, OEM Products and brokering of aircraft and engine components.
  • Existing contacts and customer base for MRO accounts
  • Good Technical understanding of IPC?s and aircraft applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations and business decisions
  • Highly motivated and self driven
  • Results Oriented
