Scope of work:
Configuration and Customization for Salesforce Service Cloud
Required skills/competencies:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Saleforce’s Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce relevant programming languages (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS), development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, migration tools, web services), and web development tools (Eclipse IDE, Git, Sublime).
- Strong systems analysis, problem solving, and design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with technical peers
- Cruise, Hospitality, and/or Call Center industry experience preferred
Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline.
Required Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
