RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Product Analyst in Miramar, Florida (FL). This role will support all product development efforts for client internet access product. Summary: This role will drive execution of product innovation that directly responds to consumer insights. Effective project management skills as well as the ability to collaborate across the organization is essential to this role and to establishing an effective product development process. Career Snapshot: Assist with the establishment of the Internet Product Development- Captive Portal team and process to execute innovative concepts on client ships Assist the Scrum Master in maintaining stories up to date in our Jira tool Assist with the creation of presentations and documentation Coordinate, communicate, and project manage our software development partners to make sure we can prioritize properly and complete work on time Within the Product Development; Internet Product -Captive Portal- team, oversee innovation execution while continually enhancing our existing products Collaborate with other product teams in the delivery of design experience briefs to Digital, Design and OPS Maintain roadmap and effectively project manage complex timelines and deliverables Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from the various departments across the organization to understand how to adapt and evolve the execution strategy Support Manager of Product Development- Internet/Captive Portal while working closely with Newbuild, Digital, and OPS on the accurate execution of concepts to ensure innovation and authenticity are maximized REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years of business, product/brand marketing and/or operations experience 1-3 years of experience in the travel/cruise industry a plus Experience with being part of an Agile team that used Jira a must Past experience working with Architects/Designers/Creative & Innovation Consultants a plus Experience with Sketch a plus Strong business acumen Strong key computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills Ability to apply strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to collaborate with others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact with all levels of the organization Attention to detail and follow-through Willingness to take personal initiative Travel to cruise ships being built, in operation, and dry dock may be required Skills with SQL, Data dashboarding tools like power BI and expertise with Pivot Tables a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
