This is the perfect position for a Marketing Leader with a passion for SEO, digital/social marketing and marketing analytics who can execute a marketing strategy that powers FVI to dominate our target market in career education.
The Marketing Director role is a part of Florida Vocational Institute’s Marketing department and is responsible for leading the company’s digital, SEO and social media marketing efforts.
Florida Vocational Institute and FVI School of Nursing is an accredited career college based in Miami that offers affordable, career education programs leading to meaningful employment in areas such as Nursing, Health Care and Information Technology. Job Requirements:
· Lead the execution of a marketing strategy that powers FVI to dominate our target markets in career education.
- Design, implement and manage a multi-tiered marketing strategy to drive overall revenue goals cost effectively with a heavy focus on digital marketing.
· Develops marketing campaigns that relays the school’s mission to prospective students
- Oversee and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that is executed in a cost-effective manner and ensures FVI has a good and growing brand associated with high impact career education.
- Develop an automated marketing plan to engage with inquiries throughout the buying cycle.
· Manage reporting systems and processes to ensure we have actionable data being reported on a defined schedule and actioned on.
· Develop and maintain systems that provide weekly actionable insights and actions with a focus on trend reporting.
- Develop and maintain a highly collaborative and effective system with admissions to ensure we are aligned on all efforts.
· Maintain an updated competitive database and action plan to allow us to understand and adjust to the marketplace.
- Manage external partners such as agencies to execute core marketing functions.
· Work very closely with admissions to ensure marketing is being leveraged to drive student enrollment and we are supporting personally developed inquiries.
- Generate quality and cost-effective inquiries to achieve planned new student starts.
- Promotes the core values of the business and demonstrates the core values through action.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
General Skills:
- Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Self-driven, detail-oriented with analytical mindset
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact).
- Ability to track project plans, measure ROI, and manage budgets.
- Organized, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Technical/Management Experience:
· Proven marketing experience in direct response marketing is required – ideal candidate will have experience in career education marketing.
· 4+ years of digital marketing: organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM),across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.), remarketing, display, local search, social media, and content marketing experience preferred.
· Experience leading a direct response marketing team.
· Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, ROI and performance metrics.
· Proven ability to partner with a sales or admission team to achieve overall organizational goals.
