RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Scrum Master- Cruise API in Miramar, Florida (FL). Scope of work Responsible for running bi-weekly sprints (all scrum ceremonies) Will be working with at least 1-2 teams (development teams, platform) Coordination between onshore and offshore teams Write use stories and drive the grooming and planning sessions Lead change management process and coordinate preparing migration plan and communication Responsible for coordination, oversight, and completion of services development Oversight of design, implementation, testing, and validation of Agile software development Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, proven experience and deep knowledge of Agile practices Professional communication with diverse technical andor functional roles within the organization Supporting and educating the Product Owner and Product Analyst, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example Well versed in iterative project management methodologies to include Scrum, Iterative and Kanban Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information REQUIREMENTS BS or MS in computer science Information Technology Preferred Skills Scrum Master Certification Strong Jira, Confluence experience is required Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
