RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client in search of an API Tester in Miramar, Florida (FL). Essential Functions Hands on API Test Automation and Performance testing efforts for Company API Contributes development and execution of API test plans Conducts reviews and provides test certification Creates API test plans defines test scenarios coordinates and schedules testing and reports results and defects Tracks status on sprints and test runs and reports test progress including defects Interfaces with Product Owner, Engineering Lead and Architects to build roadmaps for Quality Engineering Collaborates with cross-functional project teams to define detailed API test strategies and drive outcomes REQUIREMENTS At least 3-5 years of experience in service automation testing and leading performance testing efforts Hands-on experience in building automated service Test Suites and Test Cases using SOAP UI and scripting languages (preferably Groovy) Hands-on experience in implementing Assertions, using database queries to parametrize the request and response attributes Very recent working experience with SOAP UI Working experience with Java programming is plus Strong experience with Confluence, Jira and Agile Methodologies Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Good reporting skills at providing reports related to test coverage, execution and failpass metrics Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
