Access Staffing is conducting a search for an ERP Support Analyst to assist customers by analyzing and resolving complex software issues. This is a direct hirefull time employeeonsite position located in South Florida with a 3 billion, international technology and commercial products company. You will join a team responsible for support for customers, via telephone and Internet, for application software products. They are NOT looking for a person whose background is primarily help desk, network support, system or network administration, hardware repair or desktop support for internal users. They are looking for expertise in functional, technical and operational support of complex application software products, often taking days or weeks to resolve issues. No travel involved (some may be required during training). On rotation coverage for non-business hours They are looking for someone with Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Professional experience providing support to customers or users on complex ERP (SAP a plus), industry specific software, time attendance or similar application software products. Basic knowledge of database and SQL, with the ability to write simple queries and extract and analyze data from SQL databases. Knowledge of Java, TCPIP andor Linux are plusses A degree in MIS, CIS or similar preferred.
