Job ID 19-38989 JOB DESCRIPTION The Principal Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software solutions. Involved in test planning, writing test casesscripts, test case automation and test execution in support of IT changes to business processes. May participate in change control processes and approvals, particularly at more experienced levels Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. Responsible for primary development of testing strategies. Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Uses independent judgment to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system specifications. Executes test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. Provides specific technical guidance on defects to developers Performs QA, requirements, definition and SAP module testing. Responsible for conducting prototypes, data mapping, function mapping, provides support for the user community and development team in the design, development, configuration and testing of SAP modules. Works on multiple testing tasks that tend to be of medium technological complexity. Identifies and recommends functional and technical solutions. Works on one or more projects as a team member. Acts as a subject matter expert for any one SAP module. RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results Leads and participates in the assessment, analysis and implementation of QA solutions for SAP Portfolio projects. Assists in leading the development and implementation of an overall SAP project quality maturity roadmaps and plans. Acts as a subject matter expert for SAP HCMSF module. Coach others REQUIRED SKILLS Candidates must have at least 10+ years experience in SAP HCMSuccessFactors Required 7 years of SAP HCMSF SAP HCM, PA, OM, BN, TM, PY and Success factors configuration exp. Manage. Lead and take ownership of SAP HCMSF module. Excellent experience with integration bn SAP O2CR2R.
