Our regional office is located off I-75 between Miramar Pkwy and Dykes Road and is the home of the South Florida team. It is fully equipped with break areas and huddle rooms. The facility also houses an on-site full service café. On site, we also have a state-of-the-art fitness center available for our associates for a nominal fee. Our award winning in-house trainers offer fitness classes such as spinning and yoga, as well as personal training sessions. Use a consumer-centric, consultative selling approach to align our consumers’ healthcare needs with appropriate products from Humana’s portfolio
Work independently to achieve sales goals to maximize Humana’s growth
Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every consumer phone interaction
Required Qualifications
What it Takes to Succeed:
Active State of FL Health License (if you are not licensed please apply to R-228740)
High School diploma, GED or higher
Valid Health insurance license or ability to obtain
Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Ability to personalize call presentations to effectively close the sale
Computer proficient and able to navigate multiple online agent tools while providing a perfect consumer experience
Ability to adapt quickly to a high energy, ever changing environment
Strong drive to succeed and personal accountability towards achieving goals
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed to meet business demands
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to English, proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and/or Vietnamese
Proven ability to close sales at a high rate
Healthcare industry and/or insurance experience
