Job Description
Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC (SGWS), is filing an application for permanent alien labor certification for the following position:  Vice President, Innovation and Customer & Supplier Collaboration job opportunity in Miramar, Florida.  Applicants are directed to apply at www.sgws.com.  Job duties include:  Develop innovation technology strategies to drive value and effectiveness for SGWS internally and with our business partners, including partnerships with private equity, venture capital, and existing technology partners.  Develop strategies to drive value and effectiveness in our relationships with suppliers and key national customers.  Partner with SGWS customers and suppliers to innovate and extend the value of the partnership.  Lead the development and implementation of incubating ideas to enhance the existing portfolio of services and expand to adjacent businesses that drive revenue growth and profit for SGWS.  Coordinate with SGWS divisions, Supplier Strategy Group, National Accounts, and BI/Analytics, in addition to working closely across all functions of SGWS to ensure value-added technology strategies are developed, and that synergy and differentiated technology capacities are implemented.  Apply broad understanding of all facets of the IT area (such as decisions, timing, and strategies) to effectively expand and explore new business opportunities driven by technology.  Provide guidance to enhance business operations through effectively leveraging technology.  Develop a core set of technology capabilities that differentiate SGWS in the marketplace.  Align business and corporate IT strategies for enhanced productivity.  Ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies by the business communities with strong transformational skills and change management methodologies.  Analyze external technology solutions that could enhance our partnerships with suppliers and customers, and recommend how they may be leveraged for value.  Subject-matter expert for new technologies and applicability in the industry, including frequent C-suite interactions.  Apply a broad understanding of the wide range of IT capabilities, and effectively represent them to suppliers and customers.  Build an ongoing business case for the team and the value it derives for SGWS through cost savings, growth, and adjacent business strategies.  Requires domestic travel up to 25%.

Qualifications
Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business administration, computer science, or related field; plus five years combined experience as commercial and IT executive in the wine and spirits industry.  Requires knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions and strategic application to business need, with experience in executing artificial intelligence/machine learning and Big Data; technical knowledge of commercial and marketing applications used in the industry (Commercial: Salesforce.com, Amazon web services, Google cloud, Siebel, Vistex, Anaplan, Skuid, and associated applications; Marketing: Informatica, Adobe, Hybris, WordPress, and SFDC Commerce and marketing cloud); plus experience in the Adult Beverage industry from a supplier and distributor perspective, experience with commercial process transformation and improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kaizen), enterprise change management implementations, and Agile delivery methodologies through leading and implementing initiatives globally
