REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of highway dynamic message signs (DMS) and programming Knowledge of highway IP cameras (CCTV) and programming Knowledge of highway wireless radiosaccess points Knowledge of computer networking systems Knowledge of vehicle detectorsmicrowave vehicle detection systems (MVDS) and calibration Knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technologies which includes ITS field infrastructure (e. g.
